  • Bugs under the screen

    By Coleman  Jun 9, 2012

    ### I have been using the Sansui HDLCD3250 as both a monitor for my work computer and a HD television for my PS3. I am in a smaller room, next to my window, where I work usually into the night. When I first had the TV, it was fantastic, I enjoyed the vid...eo and audio quality for the deal I got, and it wasn't a hassle to figure out it's features, etc. Now, ever since my first day purchase, there has been a defect; little nats, or bugs, are attracted to the light and getting under the screen. As in, there is literally nothing I can do other then glance over them all the time. I have contacted Orion, Sansui's technical support, who got all the way to management who then tried to tell me a story about how "sometimes this happens" without even asking if I was under warranty or providing me with an option to pay to get my TV fixed. I will be buying *another* TV (which is bad, since this is new itself) from a more well known company like Sony or LG. Stay far away from Sansui, it's technical support, and it's hardware.
