Description

This Uniden phone series gives you the perfect mix of corded and cordless phones. You'll have the convenience of being able to freely move around with your cordless phone but will also have a corded phone as a way to still call and get calls during a power failure. The corded base can mount to a wall or stay on your desk. All phones run with digital DECT 6.0 for superior clarity, security and range. The answering system is digital so the voice mails keep their quality longer and you have less maintenance. Eco-mode automatically manages the power consumption for a longer battery life. The LIVEtalk speakerphone is available on the base. Need some peace and quiet? Silent mode turns off all ringers with the simple touch of a button. You can see if you have a voice mail on each handset and can also retrieve those messages from the handsets. It's compatible with the Uniden DRX100 range extender if you want to stretch the distance you need to travel away from your base. Intercom or transfer calls between handsets and the base. The phonebook holds 100 names and numbers. Mute and hold options are available on all handsets. This phone is Caller ID/ Call Waiting compatible and with a subscription from your local phone company and can hold 50 names and numbers. You can expand up to 12 handsets within the system. Displays, owner's manuals and voice prompts can be set for English, Spanish or French.

  • Works fine but doesn't keep time

    By Jen  Sep 13, 2012

    ### The phone works like it is supposed to, but no matter how many times you set the time it's always wrong. Another reviewer said it's a verizon problem but I don't have Verizon and I still have the same issue. It's really annoying because if you use th...e answering feature it will always tell you the wrong time someone called. I would not buy another one of these handsets. Read more Less

  • Beware!

    By Dennis  Jan 24, 2012

Don't bother with a Uniden phone. There are many other systems available that actually WORK RIGHT. Some of the other companies may actually have Customer Service departments, too ... which Uniden apparently does not.

  • Time doesn't work with Verizon

    By Douglas H  Oct 13, 2011

    ### Had the phone for a week now, it never keeps time. Supposed to keep time from Verizon Caller id signals. Called Uniden they said it's Verizon's fault that time doesn't update.I bet if I call Verizon they say it's Uniden's fault.I say just by a differ...ent phone.Plus if power goes out it loses date and time on it's own, they should have put a back up battery in it!Oh and Unidens customer support is basically nonexistant Read more Less
