### bought washer in 7/2011. had to have repair done for lid that locks and wouldn't open,couldn't get my clothes out of the washer. aug of 2012 loud noise and not spinning clothes out all the way. here it is in oct of 2012 and the same problem. buyer be...ware don't buy. the only good thing is we bought the ext. warranty.now for the real kicker. my household has 8 people 5 kids and we know hoe they go through clothes. my washer won't be fixed for 2 weeks. This is probably a good washer for an individual or a couple, not for a family who washes 10+ loads a week. Locking lid is a pain and the load sensing is a hassle.
