    ### Got it this past Xmas from my good friend M, its been a great camera so fare. Still learning how to use it... since the owner manual is so big and must be downloaded from Canon's web site.Over all to this day I have taken over 15,000+ pictures. The b...attery under heavy use last about 3hours, so a second battery would be a good idea to get. Read more Less

    ### The zoom on this camera is direct from a spy novel. Its zoom is extremely powerful and accurate. You dont have to switch lenses for great zoom pics. Great for nature pics. I have been shooting in Auto but would like to learn the advanced stuff, this...camera gives me that option. The camera is light, and the body easy to handle. Wish the battery lasted longer. It gets tired and the functions slow. Would be nice if worked faster to capture sports, continuous shooting is slow compared to a real SLR camera. Great camera for the money. The next step up from a small point and shoot and below an SLR camera. Read more Less

    ### This is a good camera for someone who wants an upgrade from a small point and shoot but is not quite ready for a DSLR. This camera takes pretty good pictures for it class, the zoom is really fun to play with,the flip out lcd is a nice feature but i t...hink for the price most people would be better off saving about $100-200 more and getting a entry level dslr.
