I just followed the installation instructions and the unit worked.
Great features...it was a breeze to set up. Tech support was very helpful with some of the advanced features.
### I got this because my husband and everybody told me that Linksys was the best out there. Well it sucks!!! Just got it home about 2 hours ago and still no wireless!! And guess what? No tech support. I had to tell her my FIRST name about 3 times, my la...st about 2, and then everything after that she made me repeat over and over and over. I had their technical support and this is not easy!! there is no help if you cannot get the wire less to work. On the website I found nothing and it came with one freaking sheet of paper. The last Linksys we had was a piece of crap that every 6 months or more we had to reset and start over. (The soft ware went bad, not the router and they would not help) I knew I should not have bought another one, but this one is going back to the store. If you buy this router, get ready to get on the phone for an hour or so with some dumb a**. I hate Linksys and it will never come through my door ever ever ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Absolute CRAP!!!! (side note: the one star is just because it made me) Read more Less
