I bought this a few years ago with 2 batteries. I've used it for approximately 5-7 hours as I live on a tiny m.h. lot, very little to do. Both batteries haven't lasted over 2 years with very little use. It never did edge very good, pretty worthless i...n this respect. When I ordered the string after running out, it wasn't the same as what came with it, much cheaper. I wouldn't buy this again, will not buy anything from this company Read more Less

Unless you have the yard the size of a 2-car garage the thing is pretty worthless.

the free spools for life cost $6.95 for shipping and they dont have alot of line on them. I had to get new batteries 2 times in less than 2 years.they dont hold a charge.I used the feature that keeps you from cutting too close and it never went back ...up so I had to put rubberbands on it to hold it....tried to contact them.many phone calls and 4 emails and no help... To have a good product some changes need to be made. The guide wheel for the edger is to flimsy. The biggest problem is the battery. Charge it for an hour or two makes no difference the charge lasts 10 minutes. My dewalt 18v battery with my power too...ls is superior to your battery. It holds the charge when not in use. Your battery does not .Do you offer a better Quality battery to replace the standard battery? You should. Read more Less

I don't know if support is any good yet, will contact today. This is a lot of money to spent on an item that works one time.
