Very good, and works with digital TV, cable, etc... You only need to install it right.
Shoud be multi-region, and the I-Link should work also with MicroMV camcorders for digital transfer of videos.
Great product from Sony, as usual.
I was so happy to get my hands on one of these Sony wonders. This has to be one of the worst Sony engineered products I have ever seen. Looks great out of the box, real easy to switch from HDD to DVD recording...gerat 480p picture output. Just a co...uple MINOR things that you only find out AFTER you open the manual and read the two and one half million tiny "notes" stuck all over the place. It will NOT work with component output form your set top box. Another big surprise, the TV Guide system it comes with, for recording TV programs...will NOT work with satellite OR digital cable...only analog. 1)now why would you put out a product that does not work with where the entire industry is going 2)how exactly are we supposed to record...good luck finding VCRPlus codes out there. I am returning mine...useless! Read more Less
