    ### So far not sure about the product. In this early ownership phase these are my observations. I've charged the batteries well over 6 hours and the little green light has never come on, but one time the red light did go off. When I checked the outlet a...nd removed and then replaced the charger, the red light came back on. You have to fiddle with the 4 double A's to make sure that they are positioned just right. I think the first round of charging is when I noticed how warm the device got, but a couple of the batteries were a bit misaligned and that may have contributed to that warmth. It still seems to get warm to the touch, I will not leave it unattended, meaning if I'm home I'll charge it, if I'm going out or going to bed, I remove it from the outlet. Not sure how long the charge lasts at this point haven't had the product long enough. The four AA batteries that came with the charger are 1800, I've heard that there are 2300 and that the charge lasts much longer. I paid $9.99 at the local Walgreens and I don't think that I would have paid more than that. Read more Less
