  • imac

    ### A key thing that separates the quality of a Mac from other PC's, is the quality of the components inside the computer. I love both of my iMacs and have had no issues with either of them. Another, less talked about, plus for the Mac is the software in...cluded with the machine. iLife and the other Mac software blows away what is included from other vendors. i love this desktop! • The Only Desktop Computer To Get.

By Yahoo! Shopping User  May 1, 2006

    ### This computer is the best machine for the money. The computer is rocket fast and runs the top notch OS X. Don't forget, you can partition the hard drive to support running Windows XP... if you need to play any Windows only games for example. A ke...y thing that separates the quality of a Mac from other PC's, is the quality of the components inside the computer. I love both of my iMacs and have had no issues with either of them. Another, less talked about, plus for the Mac is the software included with the machine. iLife and the other Mac software blows away what is included from other vendors. I am a software engineer who writes Windows code in addtion to Objective C for the Mac. I have had some Dell computers before my Mac, but now that I can run Windows (for work), can say that the Mac is much better than any $3k Dell I have owned. My only complaint is the mighty mouse, which i am still learning to use (I like to right click with a dedicated button). I should say that the mighty mouse's scroll wheel is the best I have ever used. Read more Less

  • Wat a Masterpiece !

    By Duy  Jan 7, 2007

Want to buy one ? You'd better work harder and harder ! 'cause it's too expensive . If I have enough money to buy ,I 'll take a laptop instead of buying this . Apple's products are always too expensive.

  • Awesome computer

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Jan 11, 2007

    ### The computer is great. The color is beautiful, the keyboard looks georgous, more organized and easier to use then a PC. Some games are not compatible with mac. Adjustable volume, brightness, from keyboard. Bad mouse, the monitor looks a little odd.... A doc that organizes icons... The white is beautiful, but takes an ocasional cleaning. Wash your hands before use. Read more Less

  • Probably the coolest desktop

    By dee8817  Dec 13, 2006

    ### I've always liked the imac. But I just could never really get into desktop computers. Mainly the reason is that its not as portable as a laptop. But I'd reccomend anyone buying this over a Dell any day. One it's not as loud as a Dell. Two it's probab...ly the sleekest looking desktop you'll find out today. And three you get that Apple quality. Though it is kind of questionable at times. But I never really had many problems when using it. I'd buy a mac mini and hook it up to the imac to make it go even faster. I heard that macs are really good computers for slideshow presntations, music downloads, creating movies etc. Sort of like a lifestyle computer that can keep up with you. Which is not bad because most computers are just built for one sole purpose. At least with Apple you get more than a computer, its like have a little sidekick ready to go when you are. • I love my Intel IMAC

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Jun 3, 2006

    ### I have had my new Intel IMac for about 3 weeks now and I just love it. I had Windows computers for years and when I saw this at the Mac Expo in San Francisco in January I just had to have one. I am from the Bay Area and have a lot of friends who work...for Apple. I really don't have anything bad to say about it. It is fast, very large hard drive, great monitor, I love safari. I would never go back to Windows again. It has a great software package. Infact I had purchased an Ibook before I purchased the IMAC. In anycase I am glad that I have both. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a new computer. Read more Less
