### I received this at work a couple weeks ago after having been diagnosed with CTS. I've dealt with numbness and pain, from my hands to my shoulder, and sometimes all the way down my side to my feet. I've been wearing wrist guards 24-7 and getting frequ...ent massages in order to avoid pain shots and surgery. Within three days of using this product, my pain was significantly decreased and I was able to remove my wrist guards for large portions of the day. This model takes a little getting used to but it very comfortable to use, and comforting, in fact, for someone with wrist, arm and shoulder pain. The front part of the keyboard (near the wrist rest) is tilted upward, which is very surprisingly helpful. I'm buying one for my home use shortly and I can't imagine going back to anything else now. ### As a medical transcriptionist for many years, I go through keyboards quickly. It was not until I purchased this Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 v.10 that I was really pleased with an ergo keyboard currently being made. The wave is really e...rgonomic, unlike most "ergo" keyboards. Padded wrist rest is part of the keyboard. In the middle of the keyboard there is a "ZOOM" button, easily accessed by thumb, which immediately enlarges the screen without taking hands off the home keys or having to "mouse around". This features gives me a break from constantly having to reach for reading glasses. It also has buttons to go backward and forward for scanning Web sites. These keys are directly below the space bar and within easy reach with both thumbs. It contains keys to play your music, adjust volume and turn the keyboard into a calculator. It has several easily programmable short keys for Internet access, email and favorite places. It feels very sturdy and is heavy enough to not creep out of place as you type. The price is surprisingly low at about $45 to $50. Other keyboards with even a few of these features cost a lot more. I can not find anything I do not love about this keyboard! It is an excellent buy! Read more Less

This is a good wireless keyboard. Ergonomic keyboards are good for you, and I've used this keyboard for quite some time. Worth it.
If you have severe carpal tunnell this is something worth looking at. I'm experiencing a big flareup and finally decided I needed an ergonomic keyboard. This one took a little time to get used to but it's been worth it. I highly recommend it.
### I type all day at work and have been using this keyboard for about 6mos. now and I would never go back to the old style of typing. I love everything about it.Once you get used to the new design it great, I felt like it made me type faster, well thats...just me! LOL I give it 2 thumbs up! Read more Less
The Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 is Microsofts redesign of their natural keyboard. This keyboard is designed for ergonomics and features a split keyboard to create a more natural positioning of the hands when typing. It also sports a removable front-tilt plate so that the keyboard rests at -7 degree angle relative to your desktop. ... PROS: (1) Comfortable pad for your wrists (2) Not too expensive (3) Ergonomic, natural keyboard layout (4) Prevents/hinders carpal tunnel (5) Quiet keys ... CONS: (1) The zoom slider would make more sense as a scroll wheel (2) Difficult to use if you have not been formerly taught to touch type (3) Special keys require the bloated Intellitype software to configure (4) Space bar quite stiff, requires some force to press Read more
