Pros: nice small office unit

Cons: It broke within months of purchase and the support was nonexistent

I spent hours researching phones trying to accommodate our small office needs and was really happy with what I finally selected until within months of purchase the equipment started failing. We run a small law office and of course a phone is essential to our success. When I made contact with the manufacturer to attempt to get a replacement, I was told it would be up to six weeks before I would be able to put my phone system back together. Now I'm searching for the pieces that appear to be malfunctioning and am having a hard time finding replacement parts. You can draw your own conclusions as to why I'm frustrated with AT&T. ...
