Cons: touchy controls; poor battery life
The controls on the phone and very difficult to navigate with and tend to do weird things because they "sense" movement over the control modules. Example: when on the phone, it constantly tries to save numbers or do other functions because it 'senses' touch over the controls. The touch is my face.
Battery life is awful. I had to charge everyday, sometimes more than once a day.
Media and sound are great, but this is a cell phone not an mp3 player. ...

Great phone no matter what color you get
Pros: Easy to use, great sound, bluetooth
Cons: none
I've had a Razr from two different carriers and the only "con" I've found is a Verizon-specific thing they do with the main screen.
The phone itself is easy to use, the screen is easy to see, ringtones sound great and the phone is a lot tougher than you would think it would be for as thin as it is.
The Battery life is among the best I've had over the course of 6 years of cell phone use.
All in all, I'd highly recommend it! ...
