A Goldmine!
Pros: Very detailed and informative.

I recommend this book for dieters. I've tried so many different diet "crazes" but this one really works. I really enjoy reading the passion Dr. Agatston puts in this book and the depth of the health benefits. When I first started this diet plan, I didnt think I would be able to stick to it because I was a pasta, rice, potato and bread-aholic. If you follow the diet plan and make it through phase 1, you are on your way, trust me, I am a witness! The recipes and shopping lists provided in the book are great, it helps make your shopping and cooking experience fun and exciting. The desserts are delicious, the snacks are fun and light and the flexibility makes dieting a lifestyle. ...

I am so in love with this book, I wish I would've had this book years ago. I love how it goes in depth about low carb dieting and takes you step by step to devise your own low carb diet. The recipes are awesome, my favorites are the steak with zesty merlot sauce, chicken tikka, pork curry over cauliflower couscous and the spinach, cheese and prosciutto-stuffed chicken breast (I substituted the prosciutto for low fat smoked ham, it was great!). You can play with the recipes and tune them to your carb or fat intake needs. Since I've been using the South Beach Diet, I was estatic about trying the recipes in this book and I have no complaints at all! The best feature of this book is the Nutrient Counter, very informative and detailed on almost any meat, fruit, vegetable, nuts, oils and fast foods, LOVE IT! I highly recommend this book for those who seriously want to do the low carb diet with healthy results and successful weight loss. ...

I love this game! My niece got into playing with her, so I had to get my own. I love the lesson and workout levels. The workout level is great for keeping count of how many calories you can burn while playing. I highly recommend this game, regardless of age. I am so looking forward to getting the next version *wink* ...
