Not the Snoop you want to hear
The old sh!t was some of the best tracks ever (Doggystyle, even the Dogfather) but now that he left death row his stuff is comercial and fake. What happened to "Snoop Doggy Dogg"? I don't like the new "Snoop Dogg". ... -

Stillmatic
A lot of the songs sound the same but they are all good except for like 2 or 3 and "One Mic" is one of them. I hate that sog.

Really gives you a sense of Malcolm and Denzel was great. You'll learn a lot from seeing this movie. -

The best rapper and one of the best albu
ever. It's a punnishment to us all that he is in the pen. I think he could have been the best since BIG. He has that sound and is more gritty. -

Good but doesn't reach it's potential
There are a few great songs but even they get old after a while. It is above average for sure but not as good as I think it could have been. Then again, we were spoiled by his first 2 albums. ... -

1 of 1 Yahoo! Users found this review helpful The songs on here that are good really are good songs but the entire album doesn't have it all or at least all that it could. "Come Get Me" may even be worth buying it if only for that song...it is one of the best singles I've heard. If you like Nas it's worth it.

The overall package is better than illmatic to me. Almost every song is a hit with the exception of maybe two (of 14 or 15). Possibly the best I've ever heard. ...

Best Rap Album Ever
This is it. Everybody has heard this and everybody should know that it's the greatest there is. Beats out The Chronic hands down.
