Cons: Slow, poor nav, so many bad qualities
I have owned Ipod and Iriver and thought I'd pick this up due to storage capabilities. This thing crashed my system repeatedly, was horribly slow, and the actual navigation was terrible. On top of that, you can expect a complete lack of customer service (Their CS manager told me that there was an issue with my player but that was just tough luck).
I can't stress how aweful this player is but if you don't take my word for it, you will learn soon enough. ...

Cons: Lamp died and Infocus will not do a thing about it
WARNING: My bulb lasted 700 hours (supposed to be 4000 hours). Customer serrvice folks told me 'too bad'. You can expect to pay about $300 a year to keep this thing going and don't expect any help from the CS people. ...
