Cons: Haier customer service is rotten
This washer\dryer is good for a small family at first, but once it stops working, it is a headache trying to deal with Haier. It has been past one month AND I am stuck with a machine that does not work. When You call Haier all they can tell you is excuse after excuse, sometimes they are very rude.When you call the head office no one wants to speak with you.This is a company that knows how to attract customers and drive them away.I would advise customers not to buy this piece of crap or else you get stuck with a lemon. ...
