Cons: Uncommon letter strokes, cheezy cover
Within the first week of having this thing, on 2 occasions it wouldn't even power up for me. In week 2, I received my first error message. In week 3, it crashed and every bit of data I had in it was deleted. All of my contacts, all of my docuemtns, all of my calendar entries...EVERYTHING! Thank goodness I hotsync every day or I'd be screwed!
Oh, and the customer service sucks too! ...
