Down defines metal, defies convention
Pros: Chops,lyrics and passion
Cons: none
Down once again paves the way for legions of thrashers and shredders with this latest effort.
Good to see Phil remains true to his hardcore heritage.

...they're BA-AAAAAAACK!!!
Pros: True Tesla,A+ arrangements,A+ Prod. quality
Cons: The delay.
Telsa is back! Unlike many of the Monsters of Rock, Telsa has remained true to their heritage, combining melodic riffs, twangy leads and rich percussion. Title track, "Into the Now" is EPIC! Each track left me breathless as I gleefully progressed through this disc. This is no Bob Rock experiment nor is it an embarrassment to the legions of loyal fans that waited on this project. My only question is- WHEN ARE YOU GUYS COMIN TO THE GORGE!!!! ...

Cons: At times melodrama is a tad heavy.
The Sopranos score huge knockout in Season 4. Alliances are split, the house is in chaos and the 'Bing is bustier than ever!! Gandolfini,Gandolfini,Gandolfini!! This series from day 1 has never spent more than a few days out of my carousel. Best advice-get a backup. Friends steal-people have accidents. ...

Timeless Sting!
Pros: Ecclectic,rich and diverse
Cons: Still waiting for a huge R&R ballad

The Blessed Hellride
Pros: Entire album, sick Zakk licks and amazing vocals
Cons: none
The accoustic intro to the title track is misleading. This is NOT a soft album.Blessed Hellride is now my all-time favorite accoustic rock tune.
As far as the rest...standard Zakk Wylde fare. Intricate arrangements, simple-in-your-face lyrics make for songs that are easy to jam to but the guitar work is probably Zakk's finest since No More Tears.
Despite commercial success of Stillborn, BLS still manages to inspire legions of hard core rockers with new material.
Zakk's the King of Shred.
