Good Basic Wireless LAN Router

Cons: no Mac instructions, some features lacking
I bought this router to replace a D-Link DI-624 which is a piece of junk. This router is 100 times better, but I do miss some of the more advanced features of the DI-624.
I have a Mac/PC environment, both wired and wireless. When I got this router it didn't so much even mention the Mac, which is stupid. Setup, Linksys describes it, amounts to running a Windows program, which may or may not find your connected router. If it doesn't, your basically out of luck. In reality, you can connect this router up to either a Mac, PC, or Unix box, and get it configured without any utility. Just communicate with it, set the IP correctly, then hook it up normally using its web pages.
The problem with the Linksys method of configuration it that its not likely to work for beginners, and is too basic for advanced users. Oh, well, someday they will learn that Windows setup "helpers" are not the way to go, or at least not the only way to go.
