A Story About Survival and Love
Pros: Cinematic Masterpiece, Breathtaking Scenery
Cons: A bit too much humanizing
March of the Penguins is all I hoped for and more. As an environmentalist and nature lover, I found this to be a refreshing movie about survival of the fittest in the harshest climate in the world. The only thing that I didn't care for was the gratuitous humanizing of the penguins. However, this was natural and should help win over some who do not care about the impact we have on global warming. It's a great educational flick that does so much more. Watch it! ...

D70 Still a Great Buy!
Pros: Bang for Buck, Great Digital SLR
Cons: Plastic wear and tear
I've owned my Nikon D70 now for just more than a year and have taken well more than 10,000 photos with it. As an advanced amateur who also does professional portraitures as part of my work, I've found the D70 to be more than adequate to fulfill my needs. Without stretching my budget to $5,000 for the D2X, I was able to get a lot out of my camera. Now, it is highly affordable and I would not hesitate to buy another one as a backup though my next acquisition will be it's big brother, the D200. Purchase with pride! ...


Great Laughs at a Sad Story
Pros: Funny, Funny, Funny
Cons: Very dark humor
Okay, let me preface this review by saying I have a different sense of humour and am not easily offended. This movie had me rolling in stitches for most of the film despite it having a seriously dark side that deals with the truths of alcoholism. Regardless, if you aren't a prude, watch the flick. Just don't treat it to others who are either prudes or have children! ...
