Pros: Excellent shots
Cons: Lack of support service in NZ
This machine pulls great shots. The pour is dark brown with creamy, thick crema comparable to those produced by commercial machines. The espresso shots, if done correctly, are better than those I pull from Sunbeam Cafe Series Programmable Espresso, Breville Cafe Roma ESP 8C, Delonghi EC 410 and Krups Novo 2100. I don't use the frother so I have no comment on it ...
