Pros: Love the concept

Cons: Have to have a regular dryer to dry full loads

I love this washer/dryer. I can put a load in at night and wake up to clean dry laundry. I have adjusted to washing smaller loads to take advantage of this feature. However for my darks I still dry them in a conventional dryer to remove light colored dog hair. I don't recommend this product for someone who has pets and doesn't want to keep their conventional dryer to remove the pet hair. But I still love it since I can do my whites and colors without going through two steps. Now comes the bad part. Our controller board which has a 2 yr warranty just malfunctioned at 2 yrs 2 mths (or at least they think that is the problem). We are paying $455 to have it replace. And will find out in another week if that was really the problems. Unfortunately for a very pricey unit you have to pay more to get a product that works for a reasonable amount of time. Also you need to leave the door open to let it dry out if you don't use the dry function. Otherwise mold and mildew will form. ...
