Cons: The headphones are horrible
Don't get discouraged the software is not that bad (it's not that good either)! It worked with all my downloaded files when I moved them over from Windows Media Player and I've had no problems. The unit itself is very sleek and puts out great sound. There are no preset equlizers but you really don't need them, the sound is that good. Very quick charge and the battery keep going and going and... well you get the picture. This is my second MP3 and it is everything and more than I expected. Plus, the built in radio is the best I have heard on a MP3 before. If you are thinking about an iPod then check this unit out before and it will change your mind.
