terrible product

Pros: works great for 2 hrs, then stops.

Cons: have to call tech support daily

At first I thought this was a great product. It worked the first few hours. Then I discovered that it loses its settings daily. Especially if I reboot, but also randomly. I have had this product one month and have used it 4 times. I have called tech support 4 times. The other 26 days it didn't work. I have to call for 45 minutes every day to set up the router on the days I want to use it. Nobody can give me a lasting fix. Nobody at Linksys knows how to fix it. If this wasn't bad enough, every time I call they claim its out of warranty because the serial # tells them its old. I bought it brand new in a sealed box 30 days ago. From day one they told me it was out of warranty, so every time I call I have to prove that it is indeed a brand new product, and this wastes the first 10 minutes of every call to tech support. ...
