I bought this router 3 days ago and have spent over 5 hours on the phone with various tech support people. Finally the last person I got on the phone told me to bring it back to the store. I returned it a got a Dlink N router for less than half the price and I was up and running in less than 1 hour. ...

I replaced my overpriced Netgear rangemax with this router and was happy I did. Better connectivity, easy to set up, works great. And it was less than half the price of the rangemax....with better range!
Also, tech support line had me on hold for 2 minutes. With Netgear, it was sometimes 20 minutes. ...
