toubles with Music
2 of 2 Yahoo! Users found this review helpful Moby is able to capture doubt and mystery on this record, along with his dubious insertion into pop royalty. He doesn't seem any different -he's still as strange as before. The record stays with Moby's fasination with Christian morality, and the music is more aural and more ambient in quality. A triumph for a great musician, and this is a great record. ... -

Keeps me Alive
"Love" and "she sells sactuary" opened a whole new can of worms (musically). "Hollow Man" and "black Angel" hinted at the future goth movement. The record is mega influential, and Ian will boldly tell you that he thinks the Cult was the first goth band.
I disagree with Ian, but I don't disagree with any aspect of this record. It's great music. ... -

Fist of disease
This was more on target for death metal. The record is more deliberate than "Scream Bloody Gore", and more focused. The result is a more agressive and lyrically clear record. The music leaves nothing behind, just a wasteland. There's plenty of sound and energy here. Too bad they didn't release more records from 1991 to 1994, or they may have the popularity of Slayer. That's also hard when there's a revolving door of band members. ... -

the Music "they" couldn't ban
ripping guitars highlight this overkill effort. Fueled by personality conflict, these metal kings rival each other while playing. The result is an aural assault. Wow ! ... -

I can't lost weight
This was the landmark record - their classic "hard Time" was on this record. A must hear for all slam-core thrash listeners. -
