Cons: Very poor quality and expensive to boot
My battery lasted less than 60 days before it would no longer take a charge. My usage was low as I generally ran with the notebook plugged in. The SONY warranty was only 30 days and the store I purchased Circuit City) it at would not exchange it either. I really can't see spending $100 plus dollars for a replacement only to have it fail again in weeks or months. This is the only SONY product (of many I own) that has given me trouble, but, it certainly has changed my opinion of SONY. The SONY rep told me a battery should last a couple years which makes one wonder then why the warranty isn't good for a full year just as the laptop is. ...
