This is an honour.
The first Jazz- album that really blew me away, especially Bill Evan' s melancholic piano- style.
I' ve heard some great stuff since then, but this remains extraordinary...
So elegic it seems it has been made in heaven. ... -

Bowie with Eno in Berlin, part one.
Excessive use of cocaine results in early experimentations in electronic minimalism.
This album has a spartanic, quite impressionistic quality which will keep me fascinated for years to come.

Yes! Another Gabriel instrumental work!!
I still consider Passion to be Peter' s brightest masterpiece, and although Long Way Home ist not that clourful and complex, it still has an absolute haunting quality to it.
Cannot wait to see the movie...
And yeah, where' s UP? Damn. ... -

Disappointing.
These songs lack any substance and sound pretty dated.
Try Long Way Home instead... -

After years of waiting...I finally got into it.
Unlike Kid A, I always saw Amnesiac more as a random selection of tracks, leftovers put together to create the most disturbing effect on the listener.
I know this must sound stupid, but it' s all a concept, it' s like memory- loss, after each track you awake from a dream finding yourself in another reality. Hence the title.
Considering this, Amnesiac creates a perfectly absorbing flow.
Even flawed tracks like Knives Out or Pulk (to place that track after Pyramid song is genius)work brilliantly in that context.
After one year of constant listen I' m finally addicted to it and now I cannot stop listening to it.
