Boring Workout

Cons: Too basic. No fun.
This workout is designed for an elementary exerciser. It is not a fun workout. The exercise concepts and movement are the same old stuff I have learned 15 years ago. It is a good workout for people who are obese because it will help you to lose weight. But if you are like me, who wants to work out and have fun at the same time, this is not for you. Boring Workout
Pros: None
Cons: The title is deceiving. There is nothing innovative in these exercisese (same old stuff).
This is the same type of aerobic workout I learned 15 years ago. There is nothing new. The only thing different is the packaging is attractive (nice DVD cover pictures). This is an okay workout for someone who is not looking to have fun during the workout. It does train your muscles to be stronger and burn calories. ...

A Lot of Fun
Pros: The music is original and very relaxing. The dance is new and unique in the most wonderful way.
Cons: The instructor's sound quality is not very good. I suggest her use a better microphone during recording.
