Cons: 'noise' - grainy in low light photography
I picked up a Kodak C713 in April 2008 for $AU119. With a spare pair of AA batteries (4 in total for $15), and a generic camera bag ($7) and 1 gig SD memory card ($7) from the local electronics discounter I've got a good little setup for under $150, which is pretty amazing. I've found using the "sepia" color setting light produces less grainy photos for night time and low light photography, but I would still recommend the C713 more as a daytime camera. I would like to know if Kodak has Digital SLRs and compacts with better sensors and lenses than the C713. 7 megapixels tho makes up somewhat for this.
