Cons: Set-up, customer support
Don't buy this piece of junk. It does not include a database of IR codes, so you are forced to teach the remote every code for a specific piece of equipment. I spent about 1 hour programming the remote to run my (new) TV, and was not able to get all the functions I wanted on the remote.
I called customer support, and was told "this is the way the device functions". A $5 universal remote from Wal Mart has a better IR database than this remote.
I returned the remote andI am looking for a replacement ...
