Cons: Motor Control Board Fries and needs FREQUENT REPLACEMENT
Bought our Neptune (MAH5500BWW) from SEARS on February 3rd, 2002. May 28th, 2004 the motor control board was replaced - a $280.00 repair. Today is February 24th, 2007 - the same circuit board needs replacement again - and you guessed it, SEARS is now asking over $300.00 for the repair work. The orginal price for this JUNK HEAP was $999.99. I CANNOT RECOMMEND buying this Maytag - AND...I CANNOT RECOMMEND buying a SEARS service agreement. How do you spell Best Buy? ...
