Cons: screen disapears/poor customer support
seemed to be a good value, set up good with help from my kids, customer support not there, does not have a book on set up, computer disc, no computer, no help. sound quality poor, screen will go to test mode for several hours, then fix itself. also slow to change venue, may be me since customer service is incompetant ...
