Do NOT Buy This Device - Worst Customer Service

Cons: Worst customer service experience ever!
My 18 year old daughter bought the 30GB Pink Zune and after a year the hard drive stopped working. It was still under Warranty and Customer Support sent me a box and shipping label to have it repaired. Sent the device in and when they received it the LCD screen was cracked. They refused to repair the device and denied fault for the damage saying because the box was not damaged the device could NOT have been damaged during shipping, basically calling me a Liar!!!
All levels of customer support were rude and unwilling to do anything about it. The worst customer service experience I have ever had. ... -
