Lack of web filter capability
Pros: easy to setup
Cons: Doesn't offer web filtering
Overall, the router is very easy to setup. I got in connected and running in few minutes. The unit offers a strange way to filter website. In order to filter certain web sites, I have to enable ACCESS CONTROL, then in the Web Filtering, I must enter all the allowable web sites. Any web site is not on this web filtering page will be blocked. There are million web sites out there, I have to enter them all just to block a few. This is unbelievable feature. Don't understand why Dlink Engineer came up with this idea. NetGear offers blocking by just entering key word... ...
