A Great Ghost Storey Classic Plus...
This is a wonderful, clasic ghost story from the wonderful Shirley Jackson novel. The movie catches the terror and the personalities involved with the "Haunting" and is a great Jullie Harris movies as well. She is truly "haunting" in her portrayal of the doomed heroine of the story. Supurbly filmed and light years beyond the milk-toast remake. It goes in my film/DVD library. A good, scary ghost story that makes one think as well as raises the goose bumps. To watched alone, on a dark, quiet night. ...
