Cons: Didn't work after five month...tech support was no help
I purchased this mp3 player in January and used it daily. I loved it. It is very easy to use and great for what I needed it for. However, after four months I could not remove music from it or sync more onto it. Now it freezes up any computer that I plug it into and tech support didn't do anything to help. ...
