Cons: No EQ, difficult to setup wireless sync
I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience so far with my new Zune. It has a good sound with the right headphones and is super easy to use. I already had all of my music ripped into Windows Media Play and the Zune software found it all and pushed it down to my device, all I had to do was plug it in. Overall experience has been extremely positive.
The only problem I had was getting the wireless sync to work. Turns out it was a mis-configuration in my wireless router but the Microsoft/Zune support was completely useless in this area. Linksys spent over three hours with me and we finally got it working.
The only feature I would like to see added is an EQ. I understand the previous models had one and it was removed for some reason with this one. I would like to have better control over the sound but with the right headphones, it does sound awesome. ...
