Cons: mORE TIME BROKEN THAN WORKING
I bought my first Maytag Neptune in 01/2001 it was serviced 5 times. Best buy extended warranty service exchanged it for a 2nd one in 01/2003. After the 7th service they Gave me a full credit. The machine is good when it works . if you are going to get one get a full loooong term warranty (NOT WITH MAYTAG!!!!) with any reputable resseller -Sears, Home deport, Lowes, etc) dont buy it without it because after the 1st year you are stuck with it, better said without it ..... ...
