Mapsend 3D has problem defects

Cons: Non working waypoint function, India based support
I have been trying to use this for 3 weeks. Been on the phone with support for about 10 hours total.
I can not save way points from my PC and send them to the GPS.
At last tech support has admitted on January 17th 2007 they can't do it on their version of 3d topo either and it is a product defect.
Shame I had to waste so much time before they would admit ther software has a glitch. I wonder how many other people have just given up thinking they were doing it wrong? Here I sit. Hundreds invested in GPS and Sofware that will not do what I bought it for. Pi$$ed beyond belief. ...
