Cons: Some of the features no support given.
I absolutely love my Nuvi, however when I tried to load MP3's into it I could not get them to load. No technical support available. I'm not extremely computer savvy but I think some instruction on it's features would be most helpful. It's manual is very vague. If anybody knows how to do this function I would love to hear from you, as I'm still waiting to hear back from Garmin. The satellite's are excellent, I am no longer geographically challenged. Now I'm not afraid to venture too far from home. ...
