Pros: Definitely reshapes and tones, fun and challenging

If you want to get in shape and tone your body, these workouts are for you. You have to change your eating habits if you want SIGNIFICANT results fast. I just worked out 6 days a week and in four weeks could tell a difference in the way my clothes fit, after 6 weeks I could see it. If I change my eating habits I could probably lose a lot of weight at the same time. The key is that muscle weighs more than fat, so weight loss won't be automatic. You are strengthing your muscles, while at the same time getting cardio too. Stick with it, the weight will come off eventually. ...
