Cons: cannot record to DVDs
This is the worst DVD recorder I have bought.
About 30 days after purchasing it, it stopped recording correctly
and produced "disc errors" and "disc warnings" whenever I tried to record.
Avoid this product.
I got a pioneer DVD recorder/ Hard disk recorder instead and it works far better.
Also, the Philips people gave me the run around. All around, horrible experience.
I'll never buy another Philips product again. ...
