Cons: Battery Life
If your looking for a phone that can access email, easily send text messages, play music, watch video, access the internet, or use it as a modem for your laptop. The Blackjack does it all. Eventhough It does not have the full capabilities of a PDA (cannot create word, excell, or powerpoint files) it will satisfy the vast majority of users needs.
