Cons: Very expensive to repair even under warranty
Six months after purchasing this TV a large black box appeared on the screen. Panasonic could not troubleshoot so they sent me to their repair service who doesn't want to be responsible for removing the TV from the wall. I have been unable to find a service that will do it for under $500 because they have to come twice. (Once to take it down and once to put it back up). Beware unless you have friends that can handle this size TV, it is VERY PRICY to get repaired even under warranty. ...
