This watch is awesome
It tracks your intensity of your training and keeps you in your target heart range. It is very easy to put the information into the watch. The chest strap is extremely comfortable and washable. At the end of each workout it calculates the total calories you burned and the percentage of calories burned from fat which is important if your watching or trying to maintain your weight. I love the watch and would recommend it for any serious exerciser. ...
