i bought it in early 2007 paying about $800. It saved me hundreds of dollars by being able to use it on back roads of France instead of the pay highways, and allowed me to see beautiful countryside while driving almost parallel to pay road. In England it alerted me of camera zones for speeders. Here in US it was great in rental cars as i could us the blue tooth sending and receiving calls hands free. I also prerecorded music on a card and inserted it in unit and had music I wanted along with the best feature which is that a passenger can check for POI's and even call ahead for motel and restaurants reservations and view local attractions. Now it is even a greater buy at this low price! ...
