Cons: Problem after problem after first year
We bought it and were happy for 13 months, other than it being a little noisy. At 13 months old it stopped pumping so ordered new pump parts @ $100 and fixed the problem for 2 months. At 15 months we jumped out of bed to smell a burning of components. This repair is more than the 499 dollars we paid for it. We heard that Whirlpool now took over Maytag so maybe they are better now. All I know is if I would have bought a Kenmore or Whirlpool, I be not writing this review. I hope this helps and maybe I'll see you in line at Sears buying a Whirlpool or Kenmore. ...
