"Old" but not forgotten

This albulm has been out for quite a while but I just got this cd, to complete my Martina McBride collection and I just have to say that this albulm is amazing! All the songs on here are great and can't believe that some of these songs were not singles. Another great job by Mrs. McBride, she is one gifted lady.
One of my new favorite songs is "Phones Are Ringing" which tells of a husband/boyfriend who is cheating and then his wife leaves him and he's liek "she'd never leave me" but she's nowhere to be found and he's calling everyone trying to find her. Another great song is "Swinging Doors" about a relationship where the man just comes and goes when he feels like it, like her heart has "swining doors".
So just go out and listen to the albulm, you want regret it. And if you already have it, dust it off and start listening to it again, it never gets old. ... -

Keepin' it real, real country

Cons: Not enough radio play
Martina takes us back to a simplier time. She stays true to the "real" sound of classic songs by artist like:Johnny Cash, Lynn Anderson, Buck Owens, Lorreta Lynn, and many more. I'm just sad that radio didn't play the singles as much and they did other artist. In the end Martina said that it wasn't about airplay it was about staying true to the music and the artsit that made it. ...

This movie is hilarious. Its about family ties and never-ending friendships. Sidda Lee walker is emotional de-attached from her mother Vivi and its up to Vivi's friends, the Ya-Yas, to bring mother and daughter together again. The Ya-Yas "kidnap" Sidda to help her realize just what her mother went through and see the truth behind some of the stories from her childhood. To me this movie is both funny and heartbreak. The cast, made up of both A-List celeb. and newcomers, is just outstanding! This is a must see for all mothers adn daughters! ...

Time Not Wasted

Brad is an amazing guitarist and here lies the proof. On most of his albulms, he has at least one song that shows off this great talent and this albulm is no different. While all the songs are great I have to say that my favorite part of the cd is the end. He is joined by legends like: Little Jimmy Dickens, George Jones, Dolly Parton, and others. Here they get together in a sound booth and record a skit,and they are hilarious!!! On this one in particular, Dolly Parton joins the guys in a continuation of another skit on his previous albulm, this one is called Cornography. If you don't want to listen to the cd, at least listen to this. You won't be able to turn it off! ...
