D-50 is a great buy, no question!
Pros: Lightweight, SD Chip, Shutter speed, Pictures
Cons: None so far
I bought the Camera with the two Lense package that Nikon was/is selling for the D-50.Th price tag for all was around $900 but remember it had 2 lenses, a great value. I've taken the Camera on several vacations and have used it primarily for the past 8 months. The ONLY complaint that I have is that I should have bought this Camera when it first came out. I am very pleased with Nikon and this camera. The pictures speak for themselves. The colors are spectacular, the images are bright and realistic and it uses the readily available SD chip which has come down in price recently. The shutter speeds are more than adequate for what I need. Don't mistake this camera for the higher priced feature rich Nikon or Canon cameras but for a entry level digital SLR, this camera rocks. If you're thinking about this camera you won't go wrong. ...

Saw it, had to have it, now its mine.
Pros: Sleek design, touch controls, mp3 functions etc.
Cons: Battery life sucks, touch controls touchy, speakerphone.
Had to have this phone. Should have thought it through first. The only saving grace is that its a work phone and I don't pay for it. Having a speakerphone option is something we are starting to take for granted unitl its taken away. This phone does not have the speakerphone option, Nuff Said. It looks sharp and if you use your phone as a mp3 player or camera then you'll love this phone otherwise get an IPOD. The touch controls sometimes get a little touchy but play with the settings and you can fix it. Not a bad phone but not a great phone either. ...
KitchenAid KSM150PSER 5-Quart Artisan Series Mixer

Cons: Not cheap and accessories are through the roof.
I have cooked almost all of my life and I had never used a stand mixer. I now know I missed out on a lot of easy preparation recipes for baking and general cooking that used this contraption. I purchased the Artisan Mixer(In Black) from Macy's in early October for $299.00 and it was well worth it. I've been cooking my own pizza from scratch, baking Italian breads, Italian Sausage and using the mixing qualities of this well designed and heavy as hell mixer. The only thing I can say is definitely costly is the attachments. They are expensive. All said if you want to cook like a Food Channel pro this mixers for you. ...
